Patrick has helped investors pursue their long-term goals for more than 30 years, nearly half of which has been serving as a Vice President/Investments with Stifel. Prior to joining Stifel, he began his investment industry career with A.G. Edwards, where he worked for 14 years specializing in strategic wealth planning and retirement planning for individual investors and small to mid-sized businesses. Prior to joining A.G. Edwards, he was the Vice President of Sales for the Business Services division of Bank of America, which included payroll, tax filing, and retirement plan reporting for businesses.
Prior to working in the private sector, he graduated from the John F. Kennedy Institute for Military Assistance and served in the U.S. Army. He was assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group (SFG), Fort Devins, Massachusetts, and served as a Weapons and Communications expert on a 12-man Special Forces Operational “A” Team.
A passionate member of the community, Patrick has been involved with Rotary International for more than 30 years. He has served as club president and been honored as Rotarian of the Year, among various other leadership positions. He also served as Rotary Interact Club facilitator for 11 years at Granite Bay High School and was a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America for 11 years, holding the position of Assistant Scout Master (ASMs) for five of those years. He was one of three adult ASMs that led Scout of Troop 121 on a trip to Philmont Scout Ranch in 2011. Patrick was honored to be chosen for the Dr. Cliff Dochterman Award for Distinguished and Dedicated Service to Scouting and Rotary. Additionally, he has participated in more than 100 community service projects and mentored hundreds of high school students in leadership and the value in community service. He has also coached multiple youth sports year-round for 17 years.
A devoted family man, Patrick has been married to his wife, Holly, for more than 40 years, and they have three great children and two wonderful grandchildren.
Julie began her investment industry career in 2014 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to joining Stifel, she worked at Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC. Julie guides her clients to understand their goals, create a plan, and stick to the plan for the long term. She works with generations of families as they endeavor to create and mitigate risk to their wealth and, when the time comes, pass it down to future generations.
Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts in French* from the University of Nevada and holds Series 6, 7, and 63 securities licenses. In addition, she attained the Certified Financial Planner® certification in 2019, Chartered Financial Consultant® designation in 2020, and Chartered Life Underwriter® in 2022. Outside of the office, she is a member of the Active 20-30 of Greater Sacramento #1032, a nonprofit that holds fundraisers and supports children of Sacramento. She is also chair of the organization’s back-to-school shopping event, providing 75 underserved children in the Sacramento area clothes, school supplies, a haircut, and a hot breakfast. Julie and her partner, Matt, live in Sacramento with their adorable pup, Moose.

Rachael began her financial services career at Stifel in 2014. Instrumental to the team’s operations, she focuses on assisting clients with their administrative needs while delivering a high level of service. She is responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks and helping clients address their account-related issues. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Biola University. Rachael lives in Rocklin with her two children, Aidan and Keegan, and their Golden Retriever, Jay. She enjoys working out, hiking local nature trails, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.
